DAY2DAY

Our basic option for daily technician service. As the name suggests, the primary focus is for the maintenance of existing IT equipment already in use. For example, printer failures and peripheral issues such as workstation/laptop functionality and basic software issues as well as fundamental network tasks.

DAY2DAY PLUS

A server and network focused technician. The skill set of the “Day2day Plus” encompasses all of our basic option but can also be utilised for troubleshooting and enhancement of IT practices at a sophisticated level.

INSTALLERS

Known as “Installers” specifically as their key focus is the installation of networks, servers and workstations and implementation of solutions. Also including the integration of new workstations and servers onto existing networks.

CONSULTANTS

Qualified consultants trained to advise on new networks and strategies and augment the development and progression of school infrastructure. Consultants stay abreast of the latest technologies, initiatives and legislation to utilise this knowledge in the development of training material, documentation and policies.
